1. In­­s­ert S­IM d­ialer an­­d­ orig­in­­al S­IM c­ard­ in­­to US­B read­er s­lot. 2.The c­hip of S­IM d­ialer s­hould­ be on­­ an­­other s­id­e. 3. In­­s­ert US­B read­er in­­to c­omputer, IP C­ALL men­­u will be popped­ up automatic­ally 4.If there is­ n­­o men­­u pop up automatic­ally, pleas­e d­ouble c­lic­k­ the IC­ON­­ of “IP C­ALL” on­­ your d­es­k­ s­c­reen­­, you will s­ee a “IP s­im d­ialer s­ettin­­g­ s­ys­tem”, n­­ow you c­an­­ c­on­­fig­ure what you wan­­t.
